Fermented with native yeasts and aged in approximately 50% new oak barrels for 17 months

2024 Benoit Ente Clos de la Truffiere, Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru, France Wild Arc Farm Doña Blanca and Palomino •A site specific Chardonnay from Entes monopole parcelfully enclosed and sheltered, planted on shallow limestone soils at the top of the Puligny hill. Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed, this wine reflects Ente's signature low intervention style. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation and 18 months levage in French oak (approx. 2030% new), with minimal sulfur, no fining or filtration.
